Hey everyone of the cyberspace. I was literally up all night trying to think of a cartoon to write about, but I figured it out when I turned on my YouTube on my iPod. I had started watching it again a week ago but I forgot about it. I watched it mainly because of its catchy theme, but then I watched cuz it was funny like the Looney Tunes.
That's right it's none other than the Pink Panther. It's ok I know what you are all thinking. You're thinking about the theme. Dada---dada--- dada--dada--dada--dada-dadaaaaaaaaa-dadadada-da. Some of the younger kids may be like, 'but Pink Panther is a movie with that detective guy.' Well young ones, you are right and wrong. The Pink Panther started as a cartoon and it lasted a good while, but sadly not as long as its competitors.
In reality Pink Panther was a show with real people, based around Inspector Jacques Clouseau. But the one I want to talk about is the cartoon. The cartoon started off as a short in 1969. They usually lasted about ten minutes or maybe a bit less. But in '72 they started putting the shorts into a half hour show. I heard they still do the half hour shows on Boomerang (as where almost all dead Cartoon Network shows go, along with some other cartoons), but I wouldn't really know because I don't have Boomerang sadly. I remember watching them on Boomerang a long time ago, but times change so I don't really know anymore.
Well if you now want to watch the shows you can find them on YouTube. I suggest watching it because it is just as funny as all the old cartoons. Thanks for tuning in and see you guys next time.
That's all folks,
